Monitor table cards

It can be difficult enough when you first start playing Poker, to just remember the basic rules and how to actually play. However, the more you play, this will become second nature and you will need to learn about the cards that are in play. Make sure that you work out the best possible hands that can be played in regard to the flop.

Always keep an eye out for possible straights and possible flushes. If somebody is betting big and you do not have the best possible hand in relation to the cards showing, it is better to fold and live to fight another day.
