The ability to bluff well is a very good tool to have in Poker but make sure that you do not over bluff. There is no rule about how many times you can bluff in a Poker tournament but if you over bluff, the better players will soon catch on. Learn your opponents and work out who will fall for the bluff and who will not.
A player who is playing a high percentage of hands is not good to bluff against, as the likelihood is that they will call you on it. Only bluff if you are confident that the situation and the player you are bluffing will fall for it.
